What I like the most is a simple and convenient learning process with progress tracking and detailed reporting. Customer support is very responsive and always ready to help.

Plataforma efectiva y a precio justo

Nosotros trabajamos con Acsendo como intermediarios con nuestros clientes y la capacidad de Acsendo de apoyarnos en el servicio al cliente es superior. Alta disponibilidad y actitud positiva para resolver problemas.

PROS

Software de uso amigable para el usuario, con un servicio al cliente destacado, que permite atender las necesidades gestión del desempeño positivamente y a precio adecuado.

CONS

Para el usuario es muy amigable. Pero para el administrador es algo complejo para definir parámetros o crear cuestionarios. Ahi es menos amigable o intuitiva. También en la generación de reportes podría mejorar, siendo más sintéticos y con una gráfica más simple que acortara las páginas y fuera más al centro de lo que se quiere comunicar. Por último los tiempos de implementación parecen algo inflexibles, pudiendo ser más automatizados algunos procesos, para tener mayor fluidez (generación de excel de resultados, informes globales, etc.)

Easy and useful with improve opportunities

PROS

The platform is intuitive, responsive, has a good design, allows customization, reliable settings.

CONS

The platform can improve the view and functionalities from the administrator role, it should have automatic and frequent saving during the qualification to avoid loss of information, as well as automatic alerts to identify errors in the information loading of objectives and goals.

Un Sistema de Gestión Integral

Muy buea experiencia, he participado en la implementación en dos empresas de diferentes tamaños, su avance y adaptación a las nuevas tendencias y gestión de talentos se convierte en una herramienta de apoyo a líderes y las áreas de gestión de personas.

PROS

La facilidad de uso es una de las principales caracteristicas, además de las diferentes alternativas de gestión de Talento, que se adaptan a la realidad y momento de cada organización.

CONS

Inicialmente creo que la reportería podría trabajarse mejor, en este momento lo están mejorando.

Uso de Acsendo

La herramienta ha evolucionado, cada vez cuenta con mayores funcionalidades que permiten administrar de manera mas completa y sencilla la gestión del desempeño de la organización

Cumple con todos los requisitos de seguridad de la información solicitados por nosotros, además es de fácil uso y tiene un buen equipo técnico de soporte

CONS

El modulo de PID debe ser más fácil para el usuario

El Ascenso de Acsendo!!!

PROS

Es una plataforma que se ajusta al desarrollo organizacional de la marca, asi como englobaliza procesos y da seguimiento positivo y completo a cada empleado mediante resultados concretos de evaluaciones que se generan dentro de la misma

CONS

No es tan llamativo para el usuario por la forma de plasmar o dar a denotar alguna evaluación o resultado para el cliente, no tiene tanta variabilidad en la forma de representarse o de que sea mas atractivo y genere una mayor aceptación pasra el usuario.

Mi experiencia con Acsendo como consultor de RH.

Como empresa consultora en mediciones tanto de clima como evaluaciones del desempeño, Acsendo ha sido una herramienta fácil de promocionar por su apertura a la personalización de acuerdo a requerimientos específicos de cada empresa.

PROS

Me encanta que la plataforma es super personalizable, y muy agradable a la vista.

CONS

Me gustaría que el usuario administrador se le pudiera enseñar como resetear contraseñas, ya que es uno de los problemas constantes, y se debe pedir ayuda a soporte de la plataforma. Cuando si lo haces tú mismo, puede ser aún más rápida la respuesta.

Great utility

very favorable experience, very good customer service with timely times.

PROS

The most valuable thing about Acsendo is its ability to adapt to customer needs, the ease of use of the tool, the way to cross goals with skills and its feedback module.

CONS

that it does not connect to email calendars, and could improve its reach by connecting with other personnel management software

Es un software bastante intuitivo, que le permite a las personas entender cómo esta su desempeño, sus habilidades y hacer reconocimientos a la gestión diaria de actividades. están en constante evolución produciendo herramientas que facilitan la vida de la gestión del talento humano.

CONS

A veces el proceso de administración de la herramienta y el soporte de servicio podría mejorar.
