Overall, I had no real substantive dislikes about the software.

While the raw data export meets the need, it's not ideal.

We were looking for software that would make it easy to allocate hours to jobs and would not require staff to clock in/out, and Actitime fit the bill perfectly.

The ability to easily set up customers, projects and tasks.

Easy input for excellent time-tracking, reporting, and accurate cost analysis.

Constantly updated, friendly interface, very intuitive, has cloud hosted and self-hosted options, the time sheet layout and display is really amazing and simple to use, but powerful at the same time.

Sometimes its a bit awkward to use when I need a more fluid system to account for vagaries in time. However, it is very reliable.

Lack of some functionalities such as calendar (in advanced form).

With actiTIME I have managed to maintain two good functions or factors in my company on foot, the time and projects, all with the excellent quality that actiTIME provides me.

However as we are getting more and more of our practice into cloud based apps I think we'll eventually be looking for a more integrated solution.

Have been using ActiTime since 2013 - first as a on-premises solution and now the cloud version. It is one of the integral part of our service delivery process.

Customer service is helpful. We have had some issues; but they help us.

ActiTIME fits our company perfectly since it's so customizable and easy to use.

There is no way to export a database or back-up project information.

I can open it anytime I need  to see the performance of my employees or issue the incoice for my clients. I would recommend actiTIME - good quality for cheap price.

Better integration with excel will help us, for example, exporting Actitime data. We always use txt or csv files, and then convert them to excel.

The customer service has been very good. It makes it easy to keep track of hours.

Reports are clear and have great functionality. The App is great and saves time when filling in timesheets.

I hope this will be the best solution for my company. Very intuitive program, easy to use with no learning curve needed.

Excellent product to manage different Users time-tracking, for montly working hours is perfect.

I love that the employees can make a lot of changes themselves or I can help guide them through it.

I dislike that the Time management system is a different system and the most recent update has been very difficult to make sense of.

What I like most about Paycor is the user friendly interface. It's intuitive and easy to navigate.

If for some reason there is some sort of an issue the Paycor team is knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help.

Horrible time getting answers. Horrible experience in setting up our company in the beginning.

They are also honest when we can't make any changes and we just have to figure out the best possible way to make it work during the time. I think the software is great at understanding our needs.

Overall, I enjoy this software and think that as an employee, it help me remain organized and see who will be in and out of the office quickly.

We are unable to use the app for our needs with tracking different pay scales that each employee has.

Very good customer service the very few times I have needed it. Very good reporting and integration with our Sage accounting program.

Onboarding experience is fantastic, with the video tutorials, really helps get over the steep learning curve, and saves costs in terms of having to organize internal trainings for new employees.

First with respect to ease of inputting information it is outstanding. The improvements made make it even more so.

They hand your employ a manual, give them a call in center, and call it a day. We had to hire a a separate consultant to guide us through implementation because Paycor failed miserably.

Platform is great, needs integration with email providers and patient databases.

The general experience is perfect, the framework permits us to accomplish such a great deal and assists us with advancing our organization in a positive manner.

Paycor has been a good software for payroll and the ease of use allowing employees to enter their time, and to also print payroll stubs, saving us time and money.

As a non profit smaller scale organization the price is competitive as well.

Love how you can view Paid-Time Off, Pay-Stubs, and Valuable Human Resource Information anytime, anywhere, and even on the go. Love the ability to use this software as an HR database.

The platform's interface is easy to navigate, making it a great option for individuals who prioritize simplicity and ease of use. Overall, Paycor is a reliable tool for direct payment management.
