Collectively, the solution offers tools for managing recruitment, hiring, payroll, onboarding, tax compliance, time& attendance, benefits and compliance reporting activities.

With Paycor Applicant Tracking System, businesses can streamline their recruiting activities.     It got the job done of processing payroll. There were some unique secuirty access features

    Cons

    There were tons of tech glitches, problems saving updates, time consuming on boarding, and overall system was less than desiresble

    Paycor has solved many of my payroll problems. Now I don't have to remember people's names or any of their information because Paycor does it for me with their wonderful user interface.

    Pros

    Paycor has allowed me to process and create payrolls using a simple to use system. Paycor is intuitive and easy to learn. The templates and editing features for creating my own reports are wonderful, and that is one of the best strong suits of Paycor.

    Cons

    Sometimes when I have a very technical issue, the service rep can take a little long to respond.

    OK Software with no Flexibility

    The overall product is OK. Don't expect all of the bells and whistles because it is just not there regardless of what the salesperson says. If you are going to just use it to run payroll then it would be OK. Their applicant tracking system (Newton) is one of the best that I have worked with.

    Pros

    1. From the employees perspective, it is easy to use.
    2. They are making big improvements to the app for smartphones and tablets.
    3. It's very easy to approve time cards.

    Cons

    1. Their customer service is lacking because they have grown to fast and their CSR's are not very knowledgeable.
    2. It's very hard to make changes to their processes without putting the burden back on the client to do.
    3. Sales team overpromised its capabilities even after asking them direct questions on items that their platform just do not do.

    I was an employee at Califonia Baptist University and we used Paycom to access our payroll information and we use to clock in using their devices. Paycom has advanced technology and friendly user for employers and employees. I can recommend it for institutions like a collegea with a lot emplyees.

    Very easy to use. At previous jobs I've dealt with a number of different payroll service companies, and this website is by far the easiest to navigate from an employee stand point. Accessing any of your personal documents is completely painless, everything is right at your fingertips.

    Pros

    VERY easy to use and navigate. Most of the time that I need a payroll related document, I'm in a rush and trying to complete something/send something in. I can easily log in and find whatever I need in just a few clicks. The website is VERY user friendly and well organized.

    No cons to date - I haven't experianced anything I wasnt pleased with.

    The only problem I experience with Paycor, was that when I left my job that used it, I forgot my login credentials and I wasn't able to get back into it. But that was my own fault.

    Pros

    I like that this software was able to keep my W2's and my paystubs all in one place. and it was very user friendly.

    Cons

    There was nothing that I disliked about this software.

    I have had good agents speak with me and email me.

    Pros

    I like the ease of plugging in the numbers for my payroll and the next day delivery of the checks

    Cons

    I don't like when I call I have to punch in my account number to speak to anyone. I tried calling while driving and couldn't get through. I don't like that the check date doesn't automatically adjust when I do my payroll a different day. I don't like that the check stubs don't automatically show in the reports after entering. I want to see the checks before confirming.

    I have found that using Paycor saves time and money by not tying up an office person to process payroll. When I call Paycor, they are always responsive and will walk me through my problem. I highly recommend Paycor!

    Pros

    The software is fairly easy to maneuver through. I am able to access reports easily that I need. I also can track vacation, personal and sick time through their software. The time I save processing payroll through Paycor is well worth the processing fee that I pay. It is less expensive to se paycor than to pay a person to process payroll and track paid time off.

    Cons

    The one think I liked least about Paycor is that sometimes when I have to change a wage to an employee it takes several steps to do. I did not do it correctly and I underpaid an employee.

    I like that the payroll data entry is easy and straightforward.

    Cons

    I do not like the reporting at all. It is confusing and you cannot pull reports by employee. It is extremely complicated and I am constantly having to call to have them pull the reports for me.

    Moving from ADP was a vast improvement, even with the note cons. Paycor is comparatively modern and offers a more robust platform for HR needs in the cloud. Employee satisfaction with recording time, leave, and access to forms and legal documents improved dramatically with Paycor.

    Pros

    It offers broad coverage of HR needs, including tracking time and leave, payroll processing, access to legal forms and employee files, etc. Paycor has seen marked improvement over the years I've been using it, now sporting a useful dashboard that presents the most-needed information at a glance. I like that when I log on I'm immediately presented with my leave balances, the date of my next paycheck, and access to the individuals that report to me. The Paycor interface is easy to navigate, place oft-accessed categories in logical places. Coming from ADP, Paycor was a huge step forward in functionality and ease of use.

    Cons

    While the worksheet for entering leave and time worked has been redesigned, the employee management area (where a supervisor approves leave, time cards, and tracks employee projects) remains dated and does not match the rest of the site. The form for recording employee progress toward goal completion and completing employee reviews allows only three types of fields, lacks conditional logic, and does not port employee entries to the supervisor rating form. These areas need a lot of work before Paycor becomes a true one-stop shop for our HR needs.
