Adaptive Payroll allows the updating of employees' details and perform payroll anytime & anywhere.

Fully automation helps to reduce manpower time. As it is on clouds platform, you can access it anytime without accessing company's server.

PROS

A mobile app is created which allow employees to view their payslips and leave submission. This reduce manpower time and cost to mail payslips and effectively captured leave submissions instantly instead of faxing.

CONS

The leave component and layout can be further improved. Allow amendment to take place after completion. Clear format alignment to be adjusted to allow clarity and quick referencing.

Technical team is prompt in solving the issue.

PROS

Able to clock in /out multiple times. User friendly.

CONS

When downloading the claims, had to do a reset most of the time as the system "hang/freeze/ceases to respond. Unable to see the number of employees who are on leave for the month. Unlike other apps, where a calendar shows the employees who are on leave for the month, this way the other staffs will know if there are enough manpower before applying for leave.

PROS

Can submit claim via app. The app is user friendly.

CONS

when download the claims report, the supportings (receipt/ statements) cannot be download into pdf format. I need to cut and paste into a new excel sheet and adjust the size, then only convert into PDF format.

Able to customise the leave function in accordance to the company needs. Payroll function is easy to use.

CONS

more flexibility in generating the reports to have a overall view from the Company perspective, difficult to do analysis.

Easy to use. Full-featured payroll system

Adaptive pay is easy to use, all reports inside the system can take at one click. minimize the time to generate payroll.

CONS

There are minimal cons this software. that cannot be integrated with any other system. Need to clearly understand the flow.
