One man's opinion

Overall it was a great program to use for payroll, timecards, paystubs and w2's. I liked using ADP and hope that any future companies I work for use it as well. If not it will come as a highly suggested change from me.

PROS

The overall useability from the moment you start using the software is amazing. With so many of us working in the field away from the typical office / hospital setting , ease of use is BIG! ADP mobile solutions checked that box for sure.

CONS

When the internet or software is unable to connect to network your information is inaccessible. I wish that the app would save the last paystub or YTD information for when this happens so that at least basic information would still be available offline.

We use ADP at our job, and it makes clocking in a ease.

We have been using for some time now, and it's nice to be able to just pull up on cell and get everything at your fingertips.

PROS

It's nice they have an online mobile app.

CONS

Sometimes it freezes and can't get clocked in.

Serious Issues on Android Mobile App

Overall it is what one would expect from a professional payroll company - robust and timely. However, having such a glaring hole in services that not only doesn't work properly, but could directly impact the basic function of multiple business, combined with less-than-stellar loading times even on a fast connection, results in a less than ideal app experience overall. It definitely has room for improvements, especially in the submission of requests (and this as such is likely not the only bug in the software, only the one I personally was able to confirm and replicate).

PROS

It's a nice unified dashboard for all of your payroll information, including your time off accrued, and it has prompt notifications about payday and the amount (likely estimated, usually spot on accurate however) you will receive (showing both gross and net).

CONS

The paid time off request system does not properly submit on some Android phones, resulting in the request having to be redone from a desktop browser. This can be abjectly infuriating, not only for the rep in question, but also from a logistics standpoint and HR standpoint, as on the user end, it seems to have all gone through. There are also zero confirmation notifications if said requests are approved or denied, which would at least alert users if the request failed.

Great software

Great app!!! If I ever acquire a new job I hope they use ADP as well so I can continue to use this app!

PROS

Great software! Things were so different 20 years ago but software like this has made things so much easier and better. Dealing with finances is just so effortless now no need to contact countless people over minor things everything can be looked at on your phone now which makes life so much easier

CONS

I don’t like how are you have to go about resetting a password on this but I do understand security issues with doing so
