Altamira Performance

Altamira Performance is a cloud-based software that allows users to digitize the employee evaluation process. The platform offers four evaluation templates, which can be customized based on company requirements. The evaluations managed by the system are hierarchical, involving an evaluator and an appraisee who can carry out a self-assessment. Altamira Performance lets users map out employees' skills at company, role, and employee levels; competencies can then become part of the assessment process and paired together with observable behaviors.
