Proactive support, knowledgeable management, fully configurable platform
Very intuitive UI, great UX, majority of screens, flows, fields are configurable. Their support is proactive, when something reported, AL support responds within minutes. Management is always hands-on, understands our needs, provides quick dev estimations.
CONSIt would be great if Alt Logic could develop into a comprehensive Telco solution (similar to OSS) which would enable Altnets to switch Planning, Build, Civils, etc. to their platform too.

Excellent system, brilliant customer service
Team involved us when developing and rolling out the system, which made us feel included in the whole process. The technical team take on board ideas and listen tentatively to technical feedback from us (the user) if we feel something could be done better, they will raise a ticket, investigate and feedback quickly.
PROSThe interactive dashboard is the most used feature across the service, giving us real easy access to time slots for locations, when drivers are due, and when they left, ensuring their punctuality is correct for service delivery.
CONSWe find the trip allocation feature to be a bit fiddly, however the support team are always happy to manually do this for us upon request.
Reason for choosing alternative logic
We felt it was able to be more tailored to our needs, and were keen to support us during roll out. The workflow on device applications was customisable and any feature that are not required could be removed to avoid confusion.
Reasons for switching to alternative logic
The old system was not fit for requirement, we wanted a tailormade platform to suite our service needs.

Great flexibility and support
AltLogic have been very accommodating in allowing us to do more configuration of workflows, etc., than I believe they usually allow their customers to do. The size and attitude of their team is what makes this kind of relationship possible, and that something you can always accurately predict when choosing a product, so this is very satisfactory.
PROSThe best thing about our AltLogic implementation and our ongoing maintenance of it is the ability to knock ideas backwards and forwards with [sensitive content hidden] and arrive at a solution together.
CONSWe'd love to be able to have more control over the interfaces of both OfficeLogic and FieldLogic ourselves - sometimes there are little things which we want to tweak which we have to ask the support team to change. It's not a big deal, but sometimes it's an experimental change which we want to to-and-fro with quite a bit, and that's just not smooth when we can't make the change ourselves.

Great supply partner with a robust system that will allow our business to grow within current market sectors and new sectors
PROSThe answer is always yes from the Alt logic team in regards to customisation or development. Its a very intuitive box of Lego that can be structured for our individual customers requirements.
CONSLike anything new, getting used to the layout, terminology and spec of the software takes a bit of time to get your head around.

Easy for end users and schedulers Work Flow Application
Use of this system has reduced our paperwork significantly and allowed immediate, photograph supported reports to be generated and invoiced to clients.Very responsive support from the alternative logic staff, always willing to talk through issues and help to program solutions.
PROSEasy to use from both a scheduling (back office) users point of view and for the operational field deployed staff. Very simple to schedule and, where required, amend work.Allows for live tracking of jobs, progress and safety issues can be seen and addressed.
