Highly recommended
Pros
The features are just right-- everything that you need for performance management, Anama has it. Performance management is such a broad discipline. It involves OKR's, employee engagement tracking, check-in's, strategic planning etc... But Anama covers it all under one wing without overwhelming the users. Anama is easily one of the first software I recommend to SMB's.
Cons
I feel like if the software gave a bit more detailed breakdown of use cases, examples, how to phrase OKR's etc... That'd have been better. But honestly at the price point, extremely generous freemium plan that you can't find anywhere else, I can't complain at all.

Pros
OKRs tool I used to use Google Sheet to manage our OKRs. With Anama, it's much easier to collaborate and manage our goals. It helps improve clarity and alignment across teams. Everyone can see and search for others' OKRs. On top of that, as a manager, I can give and request feedback for my direct reports anytime. As a result, people give feedback more often. I used to clone hundreds of Google Form with collect feedback and performance review, felt pretty stressful every time I did it. Now, I can just do it even more often and lightweight 1:1 meeting I used Google Calendar to schedule my 1:1 meetings but I felt difficult to find my meeting notes and action items. I could manage everything in one place on Anama
Cons
iOS app only has OKRs and 1:1 meeting at the moment.

Our team tried it and loved it. It was a natural step to continue using it.
Reasons for switching to Anama
Oracle is clunky, ugly and very out-dated. No one enjoyed using it.

Goodproduct and value for money
I was able to keep track with work of my team members and give them some supports when I see their struggle. Overall it is easier to meet the target and better relationship among team.
Pros
The product guides you and expose you to how to do OKR in the correct manner. It will help you to follow the framework OKR easily.
Cons
Some might find the number of integrations is not much currently Google Sheet, Jira but it's fit my team use cases.

Great product for performance management
Pros
I'm using Anama to manage OKRs for my team as well as each teammate. Weekly check-in and Continuous feedback are also great tools, to set up 1 on 1 meeting, and collect feedback quarterly, ultimately to build feedback culture.
Cons
Hmm, I don't have any cons, for now, will update later.
