My overall experience from working with &frankly is great. In a fast way we can "investigate" status of work environment, stress levels and other important areas without hassle. We have also used the app as a way to communicate with out employees during events so that they can answer questions in "real time". The software also gives our company the possibility to do continous measurements of our company pulse, employee health and so much more. #### Cons There is nothing that I don't like. All the features are great. The only point of improvement is that I do wish that we could unlock our own question packages without contacting customer service. Replaces the old way of working with annual employee surveys, that both takes long time to respond to and creates massive work afterwards.
