Apex HCM Pricing

Pricing is typically $1.50/per employee per month with minimums built-in, dependent on the number of client employees. Human Capital Management

The service is great! If I'm unable to find answers in the help section or within the community, support is always helpful in providing answers.

PROS

The ease of use is probably the best feature.

CONS

Nothing comes to mind. Apex has done a phenomenal job of putting resources into making their product better, and offering integrated services.

Apex HCM has helped us grow our business

Out experience has been fantastic! We can offer additional services that allow us to directly compete with the larger payroll companies.

PROS

The client interface and its ease of use is one of the most important aspects of the platform.

CONS

They could be stronger with API integrations.

Reason for choosing Apex HCM

I chose Apex because of the overall capabilities they offer to us, the client facing interface, and the fact that they only sell to SBO's. They will never be our competition like some other payroll platforms.

So so software. Support isn't great so don't buy the sales pitch about them being available and responsive.

so so at best. [sensitive content hidden] (my "trainer") was great for the first few months.

PROS

SO much more efficient than Accounting CS by [sensitive content hidden]

CONS

Support, lack of built in efile ability, lack or responsiveness from sales/support, the fact that they sold me a product that wasn't built to file the forms in my state

gained efficiency, APEX felt more up to date and makes data backup a non-thing.
