It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

I like the ease of use and the simple platform, very good teaching tutorials. Ans FREE Forever, I must add there are upsells, But again they are VERY affordable.

Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

When to many tasks are added, it can get hard to visualize what is next to do or what was done already.

It helps you to keep a record of classified tasks and assigned to users with time invested and expiration dates, it helps you to identify which tasks are close to expire.

Support team is receptive to fix issues promptly and of course the cost is not a cost.

It streamlines the process and really helps you and your employer to keep track of of the tasks and who is doing what.

The one thing that is a little difficult to use is the reporting and filtering. It's a little complicated to figure out.

It was an overall excellent experience from a user perspective because it was so easy to use and allowed for the scheduling and shift swap to be brought into the 21st century.

This system is easy, fast, practical and intuitive.

No major issues to complain about, but may vary depending on situation/application.

I am truly blown away by this system and their support staff.

For the software development environment, it was difficult for me to apply the SCRUM model, i switch to Team Foundation Server instead.

A very good tool for time managements and creating time sheets so your boss can know how much time you spent on the assigned task and what all did you do.
