- The ease of use and reports generated. Friendliness of customer service.
- It's cost effective and i have great local support. My sales person, [sensitive content hidden], is really attentive.
Cons
- There's nothing clear about navigating the webpage once you're logged in-- if you want to quickly look to see how much vacation or sick leave you have left, it's not clearly put in front of you.
- At first it was confusing how to use the system compared to the payroll program I was used to.
Pros
- I LOVE that I am able to go back and listen to interviews. Our clients love that they can listen to snippets of the interview and get an idea of candidate communication skills.
- Even just the call scheduling feature is fantastic, but being able to record bits of audio is an amazing and helpful tool -- we've been able to quickly consider talent for a variety of roles this way.
Cons
- There are some functional issues. There's a lag in calls and the system can get to be a little glitchy at times.
- But not THAT long with Honeit. I really can't think of anything I don't like.
