- The ease of use and reports generated. Friendliness of customer service.
- It's cost effective and i have great local support. My sales person, [sensitive content hidden], is really attentive.
Cons
- There's nothing clear about navigating the webpage once you're logged in-- if you want to quickly look to see how much vacation or sick leave you have left, it's not clearly put in front of you.
- At first it was confusing how to use the system compared to the payroll program I was used to.
Pros
- The dashboards are pretty easy to understand and use, I like the column metrics which show the open, click and reply rate for each campaign.
- It is easy and innovative when filling a vacancy with the best applicant, we can find multiple candidates with profiles according to our needs, keeping them in a database.
Cons
- I would have to say errors that I can't wrap my mind around. For example, some people get the Application submitted e-mail and some don't.
- User experience design is the only downside of the software. It took me a while to find my way around the application.
