Pros/Cons
Pros
- It is very easy to navigate and use and it has great features for top recruiting needs. Its great to have a system where you can rely on.
- The ability to navigate is very easy and almost like common sense. I also really enjoy the searching ability and so much more.
- The dashboard allows for customization and is easy to change. The interface with Outlook is good and the overall ease of use if very good.
Cons
- Cons: I've had trouble with accidentally creating duplicate accounts at times.
- Terrible customer service - exactly how do I communicate to one service provider about an tech issue that one of our other vendor's products has.
- Unfortunately now if you accidentally hit the wrong button on your radius search you will lose the page you are on and all the progress that you have made.
Pros
- QPage is so easy to use and helpful. I love the pipeline and being able to add assessments and emails that will go out automatically when a candidate reaches a certain step.
- It has everything for small businesses to do recruiting easily. The UI is beautiful, easy to use, and pleasant.
- It is easy to set up, well built, has a nice clean design, has an intuitive AI, and is good for managing new job posts.
Cons
- The CV import feature is still a bit immature in that CV's with non standard layouts (such as with sidebars etc) can confuse the software and it imports the wrong information.
- The platform is still in the early introduction stages and lacks customization. The recruiting process is hard to.cuatomize and I found it difficult to create custom notifications.
- Unfortunately I feel I can't use the platform until I'm able to edit these emails or turn them off, but once that is fixed, I am anxious to continue to use QPage for my recruiting.
