Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • the customer service is excellent and very responsive. even though I don't need it very frequently, they are great to work with

  • Love the flexibility that we get with BrightMove. Anything we are looking to do or add to the system, they work with us on getting setup and implemented. The support team is awesome!

  • Cons

  • it is better than my IT skills . I get frustrated wishing I could know more do more . I wish I could email my entire data base not just 500 at a time. that would be very nice.

  • Not really sure if there is a feature that I do not like. The customer support has been very good as well. Not any negatives from my point of view.

  • Pros

  • Works on both phones and tablets. Nice when you break one of them. Work continues. Easy to use. All icons are self explainable.

  • The amount of information that you can put in to be able to get in return to keep up with. Everything is accurate. I love using it.

  • Cons

  • A bit pricy, but over all a great software. You pay for what you get and the service and software are excellent.

  • Sometimes slow to get work orders. And update information. Would be nice to be able to see your hours on a work order and review your storys.
