  • Pros

  • The idea is great, we love using the ats and call list functionality and are driving this in our business, so far well received.
  • A supplier who cares about the customer - not just to make money, but truly cares about the people, the end users - Inspiring.
  • Cons

  • The flow of the work stream and lack of process is annoying. It's difficult to map to a current customer retention process.
  • You can add more than 1 candidate record more than once which means that there is a data redundancy. This should be avoided at all costs.

  • Interaction with others on our team is easy to conduct and take action, respond. Reporting to client is clean and efficient.
  • When you post your role and integrate it with your careers site, the job posting looks very clean. This will do the job if you don't have to do high volume recruiting.
  • Cons

  • The search tool can sometimes be very aggravating. If I search for an individual/candidate's name, the system takes too long to process and pull something up or sometimes it doesn't pull anything up.
  • In many cases, one would think that is one day, but they work on 8 hour days, which equates to 3 business days, unacceptable.
