They have great team collaboration, value for the money, and everything we need as a company is found on one organized Company Hub platform. CBIZ also offers wonderful customer support for questions and training. #### Cons When I stepped into my role the organization was only utilizing the payroll and basic employee maintenance portions of the platform. I have since started the process to add Recruitment, ACA Compliance and Performance Management. The consistent quick response with support makes our payroll days run smoother. Customer support provided the perfect spreadsheets to upload the payroll time and that was the best. We are continually wanting new reports and processes, and they are always willing to help. It's been great working with the CentrallyHR team to understand the full extend of the features offered. They've helped us improve and tailor our onboarding process and benefit management. #### Cons It is frustrating at times that I see features and settings in the training modules, but my user doesn't have access to those settings. So I have to reach out to our customer support team.
