Great payroll system for small company

The support and training from our company (CBIZ) and Centrally HR has been fantastic! They answer all questions as soon as possible and are willing to get online with me on short notice to help process or fix something. I really appreciate that.

PROS

I have learned so much about payroll and have found that after the training, things are very easy to use. I can't wait to start the scheduling and onboarding part of this program. Love that everything can be under one app.

CONS

Some things can be done several ways, I am not sure that I have found the easiest ways yet.

Whether it's employee onboarding, payroll processing, or performance evaluations, cBiz simplifies the entire workflow, saving both time and effort. One of the standout features of cBiz is its remarkable customer service. The support team goes above and beyond to ensure that any issues or questions are promptly addressed. Whether I encountered a technical glitch or needed guidance on optimizing a particular feature, the cBiz support team was always there to assist me. Their responsiveness and dedication truly set them apart from other software providers in the industry. Furthermore, cBiz doesn't just stop at providing a user-friendly interface and excellent customer service; it also offers robust functionalities that cater to the unique needs of modern HR departments. With customizable dashboards, insightful analytics, and seamless integration capabilities, cBiz empowers organizations to streamline their HR processes and drive strategic decision-making.

While the overall experience with cBiz Human Capital Management software has been highly satisfactory, there remains room for enhancement particularly in the realm of reporting related to journal entries. Initially, navigating through journal entry reporting posed challenges; however, the outstanding customer service offered by cBiz swiftly intervened to address and resolve these issues. The responsive and dedicated support team promptly provided guidance and solutions, ensuring that any obstacles encountered were swiftly overcome. Thus, while there may exist areas for refinement, the exceptional customer service rendered by cBiz has consistently proven instrumental in mitigating any shortcomings, ultimately contributing to a positive user experience.

Reason for choosing Centrally HR

In our thorough evaluation process of human capital management solutions, ADP was considered but ultimately not selected for several reasons. While ADP offers a comprehensive suite of services, including payroll processing and HR management, it fell short in terms of flexibility and customization options that were critical for our specific organizational needs. Additionally, during our interactions with ADP representatives, we encountered challenges in obtaining timely and comprehensive support, which raised concerns about the level of customer service we could expect in the long term. Ultimately, our decision to opt for cBiz over ADP was driven by cBiz's superior ease of use, attentive customer service, and tailored features that aligned more closely with our requirements for seamless HR management.

Thus, our decision to migrate from the previous software was driven by a strategic imperative to ensure continuity, efficiency, and resilience in our HR management processes.
