As a consultancy, we use it for both internal handling of our consultants and their competencies, but also for our sales pipeline. It's simple to admin, as well as intuitive for the consultants. Cons: The CRM tool is not the USP for Cinode, and it has some parts that for the future can improve, when compared to pure CRM-tools.
