It's a time-saving tool for a recruiters and technical team as well.
CONSWould be great to have a "folders" feature so we would be able to add tasks related to the BootCamp to the folder "Bootcamp" for example

Strength in Simplicity
Overall great -- Customer Support in particular has been top tier and really helpful in getting us set up and building custom tests. In an age where a lot of products try to be everything, I appreciated the relatively simplicity of what CodeScreen is attempting to achieve.
PROSIt is incredibly easy to use. Really simple UI and structure. To get started you can pick a pre-built test and begin sending them to candidates within minutes. When the candidate is done, you can jump into their git repo and evaluate their work.
CONSThe only data i get at a summary level is a % score. no one has ever gotten 100% for me, but if i left it at that I would have lost a lot of quality candidates. As such, I'm generally forced to review everyone's work to understand their thought process and consider what mistake's are or aren't worth failing the candidate on. Better summary data on where the candidate did or didn't succeed would be really helpful.

Simple and effective
Its easy to define and/or re-use existing tests. Candidate experience is very streamlined and it's not far from real world situations, nice way to test basic knowledge of git.
CONSLogging into the tool can be a little bit cumbersome, with too much steps involved.
