Performance Culture as a product and an organization have been  great to work with. I could always get in touch with the support team when I had questions.

The objective box was a little hard for managers to get use to seeing they could not edit previously submitted objectives. Setting up, scheduling and editing check-ins seemed to cause some confusion.

Some of the online training may be too broad that it may confuse people learning the program.

Also, even though I am an administrator, I can not upload files into emplyee profiles - only the account owner can do this which seems weird.

I've yet to find anything about the system that I don't like.

Love that the system is interactive with email alerts this makes a HR department of one run very smooth.
