Pros
- I liked the set up for evaluations. I feel like there were areas that could be used to motivate employees and get the right people involved on approvals and moving forward with raises.
- I've used this for its various applications internally for my company and its a great tool if you know how to use it. I can see it being great for Universities just from my own perspective.
Cons
- Difficult to navigate and users find it very frustrating to use.
- Something terrible is the administrator experience, the difficulty and clicks to configure something. Other platforms let you massively upload information, and a lot of Cornerstone doesn't.
Pros
- Paycom is an efficient and user friendly HRIS system that includes applicant tracking, on-boarding, payroll, and HR metrics. This is a wonderful, cost friendly tool for small non-profits.
- I love that it allows employees the ability to access and change their profiles and be responsible for their timecards.
Cons
- THE QUICK PUNCH SOMETIMES DOES NOT WORK AND DOES NOT REGISTER MY PUNCH IN OR OUT. WHICH THEN GIVES ME A MISSED PUNCH STATUS.
- Some of my staff have complained about the software not working correctly when downloaded as an application on their phones.
