Dayforce makes benefits easy to manage

This has been a very easy to check balances for timeoff, see what is pending, and reenroll in benefits for the following year.

Pros

Time off requests are managed by adding a request to the calendar and allowing the manager to approve it after reviewing the details. It is an easy place to look at paycheck stubs, monitor benefits, and check calendar for up coming events or holiday schedule. Very user friendly and intuitive.

Cons

Sometimes it needs to download content which may take a minute.

Great HR tool

Pros

I like that it's easy to navigate and keeps everything in one place - it simplifies the process of providing my employer with all the info they need on me, and really helped the onboarding process.

Cons

It's not completely intuitive; some additional instruction on some screens would be helpful. For example, adding beneficiaries could be easier with just a little instruction.

Works Great.

Pros

I like it because it so very easy to use. I like the way you can look at your pay statements. It is very easy to figure everything out. I like the way I can request time off and clock in for work int he same system.

Cons

I like least the way it logs you out after awhile.

Useful and robust, but limited depending on your browser

It is a good software, but will be much better when it changes to HTML5 and no longer relies on Silverlight.

Pros

It's easy to manage your time off requests, your payroll and documents, and any information regarding your pay and benefits. Web based, so it's great to be able to use the features while at home or on the go via my Smartphone.

Cons

Due to reliance on Silverlight by Microsoft the software is not as useful in browsers that do not support Silverlight, such as Chrome or Firefox. The software still functions in some areas, but not all.

This has offered a transparent overview of attendance and payroll for employees.

Pros

Dayforce provides the ability to request and approve days off, check payroll, view PTO days and more.

Cons

Management has a difficult time accessing the portal at times.

Dayforce Review

Overall experience with Dayforce has been very good. It gets the work done and I would recommend this software to my colleagues.

Pros

Dayforce is used in our organisation.
It has all the HCM functionalities like Recruitment and Payroll on a single platform which makes it extremely useful.
Real time information access is a huge plus for employees.
Mobile access makes it convenient for using Dayforce while traveling.

Cons

The attendance tracking functionality can be made more intuitive or user friendly.
Other than the need to make reports more customized in the tool, I did not find any cons in Dayforce.

Never had to worry about payroll with Dayforce

So far, I couldn't be happier with it. It's got everything- my payroll, schedule, time off and earnings- all in one place.

Pros

It has an engaging interface. I find it easy to process payroll which I can also access from my phone.

Cons

I don't have any problem with this app. Though it requires changing of password very often which annoys me.

Great software but stretched employees

Love the software, but implementation was tough becuase the people that were assigned to our account didnt know the software any better than we did. I wish someone had taken the time to learn what our organization needed, and the complexity of our process before assigning resources that were too green to help us, effectively.

Pros

The ability to customize and control the environment without recoding of software

Cons

Location of features are not always intuitive. The support/help search features should be smarter. If you dont kniw the exact name of what youre looking for, you dont get results.

Lots of training available and help options

I have worked through 3 implementations with dayforce and I think they are the way to go when compared to other software

Pros

They give you options you can train at your pace when convent and do things your self or use their support or third parties to help you.

Cons

Have to do some work around for forms and workflows

We are with Dayforce for a year now. Good experience compared with last vendor but nots to improve. Lot of talking and processes but not much action

Dayforce and Technology

I love the technology. It is very modern. I love that I can pick up the phone and call my payroll team and watch them make the change in real time

Pros

I love the real time payroll calculations.

Cons

I wish I knew more about the different settings and features. I feel like they could really benefit my firm, but I don’t know about them.
