The company is relatively new compared to more established ones, but it is amazing what it has done in its short time here. Im pretty confident Deskera will become a major player in the near future.

I like their HR features which were easy to use and UX/UI is good.

Invoices are sent to the customer on the wrong date with a wrong due date. There are also times when an invoice and reminder are not sent to the customer or it goes directly to spam.

There is a new (5th) problem where integration with Stripe sends out phantom invoices that are separate from the invoices generated in Deskera.

The best features is i can manage all aspect in term of accounting, HR, finance with integratedly.

It's been affecting our business since it gives a bad impression to our customers.

By the time I purchased the product, there is no integration between customers in Deskera Books and contacts in CRM module. But the integration is in their roadmap.

The only missing feature for us is inbuilt Proposals. Quoting and invoicing is includes with books.

The price is good and i like the UI, very clean and solid. Hope keep updating the product  in future for more great features especially for malaysian user.

I find really good UI/UX software is very stable. They do have good plan ahead like launching store.

Bought 2 licenses to manage 2 businesses, and the LTD deal was attractive. I was switching from QuickBooks, which was pretty expensive for a small business.

I have to say that it isn't difficult to understand why the Deskera mobile app has won an award: it has one of the best dashboards I have encountered and used.

UI/UX are very pleasant to work with and intuitively easy to start immediately out of the box. Bookkeeping/ERP functions are great and cover everything you need to do in this are.

Some advanced features are missing in the CRM.

I liked that it's a mature product. The support is always quick and helpful.

What i like most about Deskera is the fact that it's a suite of products, that cover almost all needs from CRM, invoicing and finances, bookkeeping, and creating forms.

Honestly, the thing that makes isolved worth it is their customer service. They are quick to respond to issues that come up and are always happy to help.

It cost more money to have iSolved than it would (including risk) of having paper time cards.

We had been with Paychoice, then Sage, then Isolved. Launch was terrible with no help.

None of that matters if no one can help when a problem arises.

Customer service blamed THEIR in-house mistakes on us. Just a MISERABLE experience at every turn.

The check stub viewing app, while integrated into the mobil app, requires the use of a completely different login and stupidly complex password.

I solved is a great HRIS tool to integrate and streamline hiring, onboarding, payroll and benefits all in you place.

I am very pleased and feel I am getting a great value for my money.

It was a product that had integrated several partner products into one, which always means glitches and problems as information is translated from one system to another.

Basically, we were never able to use the product but were required to pay for an entire year.

That we are able to put our employees information into, so it stores it safely.

How complicated to run reports, how difficult it was for employees to use.

They completely ignored this request, not responding to it at all.

Did not provide any demos because I was told that they will switch me and then train me. The data converted was a mess and the implementation team did absolutely no research on our company.

Netsuite is a bottomless pit of despair. Getting help shouldn't be so hard.

We love that the iSolved platform integrates HR/PR functions and that employees and supervisors are empowered to make basic selections/entries.

ISolved is a great system and I love that there are new updates all the time.

I have employees who have not received a paycheck, no response from iSolved and no assistance from them either. It is the absolute worst.

Our payroll company was bought by iSolved this past year & the transition was a NIGHTMARE. We have already transitioned to a new company because their customer service is horrendous.

Months with various tax issues and no follow up costing us fines with a neighboring state. We have wasted so much time just trying to get people to call or email us back.

The contract only allows a small window to cancel the service. If you miss your window, you will be paying for an entire additional year.

ISolved lends well to quick and efficient implementations. The Payroll processing component is user friendly (for the most part) and helps our clients streamline their payroll processes.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the software and the customer service that we have received from the software.

Saying you need to authenticate yourself after working for 3-4 weeks. Very frustrating and time consuming.

The software is difficult to use on a smartphone.

Have to login multiple times to access my payroll. Waste of my time and very frustrating.

Not easy at all to transfer my records from their system to my system when you leave their company.

My accountant is completely baffled at the poor job they have done- the mistakes are simply inexcuseable.
