Excellent, robust system
Reduced overtime, more efficient scheduling, staying within authorizations, maintaining training compliance.
PROSThe software is easy to use for all user levels. From end users to supervisors to administrative staff, the system is user-friendly. The best part of this software is that it's sophisticated enough to be used for all of a company's needs, including time-keeping, payroll, billing, scheduling, and training compliance.
CONSDue to how many different tasks the system can perform, it can take some time to get to learn how to use at an administrative level, but the customer service provided is phenomenal.

Welcome to the 21st Century! Changed how we do business!
Staff expenses have lowered. Receivables, total outstanding has dramatically decreased. Time savings, our staff is now able to dedicate their time to other areas that had been previously neglected.
PROSI would like to say something like, the ease of use and streamlined capabilities of DCI Software cut our time spent on billing in half and have saved us money. BUT! In reality this software has cut our billing time by at least a factor of 3 and only continues to improve. Although difficult to quantify at this point, there is no doubt that since we have implemented DCI that our billing metrics have improved dramatically, easily saving us tens of thousands of dollars annually.
CONSWhen we first rolled out DCI the reporting capabilities were not getting our operations staff the important decision making data that we had hoped to get. However, after working with the DCI staff they were quickly able to create customized reports that met our needs.

Makes My Life Easier
It has been an excellent partnership and real time work experience. The system today works great and makes my life so much easier.
PROSGreat implementation team and the DCi team are great partners motivated to support our business needs. They took the time to fully understand our business which makes it easier to discussion any new opportunities
CONSI honestly do not yet have any cons, but I see so much additional opportunity possible that we continue to work with DCI on.

Easy to use
It is super easy to use and has a lot of various reports that are very helpful when researching punch issues.
CONSAuthorizations do not show an ongoing history of the changes that were made to it. For example if 10 units were added or the dates changed you don't see the history just when the auth was created.

Changes to an authorization can be seen in the Admin environment and we are currently working on some features that are in the test environment that I think you will find helpful.
