Emplo is a web-based performance management suite additionally available as an app on IOS and Android phones.The system uses a centralized communication and collaboration portal to engage employees around individual and company-wide performance objectives. Role-based permissions provide control over what users can see and do in the application.

Emplo allows for management of skills inventories, competency models, performance reviews, 360/270/180/90 competency assessments, individual development plans, configurable performance reviews, instant feedback, plus corporate and cascading individual goals. Automated notification of performance related events is managed through a news feed, tasks and email messaging.

Emplo provides reporting of the status of performance-related processes and the results of performance reviews, objectives, and other development activities. The application is available with an integrated Human Resources Manage System. Emplo supports Active Directory and single sign-on to allow integration of third party applications in the employee portal.

emplo is a great choice for any company that seriously takes internal communication

Pros

emplo is a great choice for any company that seriously takes internal communication and makes its quality one of the main indicators of so-called organization's well-being. emplo not only facilitates integration into distributed teams but streamlines many company processes - from simple surveys to extensive knowledge bases.

At the same time emplo is intuitive and easy to use just like ... facebook. In GSU, emplo also helps with HR processes - we monitor the status of individuals in individual units on a regular basis, allowing new employees to get to know the whole team faster (not just within immediate surroundings) or give access to information about the form and time of employment of a subordinate, without needing to ask the HR. Of course, I would recommend emplo.

I was looking for a payroll product that was simple and easy to work with

Great product.

Pros

Perfect amount of features, great set up, fast, the developer had really anticipated the needs of the end user. We don't want to spend all day looking around for stuff. Want to get on and out.

Cons

Just the opposite side. The issue was I didn't need that much and so it did feel like to much for my needs.

Pros

The largest single value emplo has brought to Benefit Systems is the new dimension of a modern, dynamic, live and democratic internal communication. emplo allows our employees to build the communication process with us together, which fosters their engagement and their in uence on what is happening in the company.

Cons

Some more development could be done on CMS editor, as with more advanced formatting the tool may lag behind, but generally, all necessary functions are there.

Pros

Ease of use and accessibility; interface similar to social media portals; storage of files and data under one roof; the mobile app is very helpful too; EMPLO has a great support and post sales team that proactively work with a client to improve the product.

Cons

the fact this an external web based tool it doesn't give a full support to integrate with other internal IT systems

Our experience with Emplo

We like that we can see the company structure, we can find info about our colleagues, the news feed, the knowledge base, the requests, that we can see, approve and plan our holidays. We have all the information in one place and we really like the knowledge base. For our business, it will be more usefully to prioritize the task from task allocation.

Emplo? It' s very clearful platform for everyone. Thanks its, I excactly know about everything.

The Emplo was for me a great support since the beginning of my work in the new company. Its interface was very intuitive for me - reminded Facebook. Without problem I found educational materials that helped me to introduce. With Emplo I know what is the structure of the company and I know to who i should turn to with case. It is easy to fill out application for vacation and I could always come back to my employee evaluation.
