The setup process has been a disappointing experience.

Not sure how it will scale for a larger company. The are several things that could be annoying when you have to do it for hundreds of people.

The maintaince of employee files and compliance for a rapidly growing hi turnover team of 500+ employees.

We are still in the early stages but overall, the integration of Hero Payroll and Employment Hero will ultimately save us hundreds of hours a year.

I found the information and the ease to use is great for me as I can see a lot of information in one place. Staff find it easy to use.

Generally pretty good customer service. Email support can be a little slow at times.

Most likeable feature we found in the system for our organisation is the easy integration of our Bookkeeping software and the ability to import the payroll journal.

Employment Hero also has so many great special features, and they keep adding to the platform to stay ahead of times and provide value to its costumers.

We are using it more and more to try and spark a passion and drive within the team, through recognition and a sense of appreciation.

It has made onboarding a very easy and paperless. Very supporting staff members, quick response to questions and suggest better way of operating.

Some of the reporting features are not as straightforward as they should be - such as not being able to report on multiple leave types.

There are quite alot of errors and minor features that make is quite hard to use.

Employment Hero is amazing. Not only does the software solve so many problems, the company taht manage it are continually delivering new functionality and services to help business owners & operators.

Too much emphasis is on knowing the hundreds of pages of instructions and features. Timekeeping apps (Clock Me In/Workzone) are simply terrible.

Fantastic, Its easy to use and has saved us time in Onboarding, Timesheets, Leave, Performance Reviews, Safety Reporting and much more.

The onboarding team were amazing. Very easy to get along and use the software.

Integration was easy from the beginning, easy to use which got my vote, definitely love employee benefits and recommend other employer to use, I’ve never experienced an app like this.

Sometimes it can be hard to navigate, but I can put this down to just still in training.

Navigation is easy and logical. Having all employee info in one place is fantastic.

Workflows are sometimes frustrating. Once you've moved on to issuing a contract, you can't 'go back' and change the contract without deleting the entire personnel file and starting again.

That made our cost centre reporting very easy and accurate.

Now that we have worked out the kinks, I'm very excited for how we can use Employment Hero.

It's extremely helpful to have one place that supports the employee from onboarding to off-boarding. Reports are extremely customizable allowing us to provide data upon request quickly.

The UI and how it manually enters pay codes is really difficult to do efficiently. I find myself constantly frustrated when entering manually.

Nice to have the convenience of clocking into work from the phone and also scheduling time off is great.

I would recommend to anyone in the production line industry or assembly, it is great and allows you to keep good track of your staff while providing solid data analytics and reports.

It is great for a small business but has so much more to offer. The Kronos Community is a helpful tool and customer service is great.

They system is super user friendly, and it gives me the service and applications that I need to run a payroll and time card system of in excess of 100 employees with ease.

Workforce Ready is a very robust time and labor application that can integrate seamlessly with your payroll solution.

How easy we can run reports. There are a few more features that we like and user friendly.

The custom features are excellent because you can adjust the interface to your preference. The multiple reporting options are great.

Happy with some additions and new app. New UI with charts is great for employees and managers.

I love how simple it is to export the data. I also love the many options of exports it's capable of doing.

Solid HRIS that serves our needs, is readily customizable (within reason) and is at value-based price point for budget.

Makes me sick to my stomach thinking we are stuck with this for at least the next 3-4 years. Company seems too large to be nimble.

Overall, I love the ability to use an online system like this and it makes tracking my PTO hours and submissions much easier.

The program is time consuming and costly for our organization. I we did not need outside reporting we would not use a time clock.

The integration of time, HR, benefits, payroll and recruiting. Reporting capabilities is a plus for them.

I don’t like how it’s so hard to log in at work. It’s tricky to access this software at times so it’s frustrating.

Implementation was confusing, difficult, and time-constraining.

Ability to find human resource capital in the field. Bridges the gaps found between HR and IT human resource management.

I thought that it was a solid and reliable product. It didn't have any feature that I foud impressive though.

Overall UKG is the best out on the market built for any industry.

This product replaced a paper based system for our team and has been a fantastic addition to our workflow.

The layout of the pages are incredibly difficult to navigate and the color schemes are awful. It's a program that I dread needing to use on a day to day basis.

The reporting functionality is super easy to use and very helpful.

EASE TO UNDERSTAND AND FAIR PRICING PER EMPLOYEE AS A SMALL COMPANY.

Some of their people are nasty, some are unresponsive and others are well-intentioned but over their head.

Overall, I have had nothing but the most positive experiences with Kronos. Their customer service and tech support departments are on point and do a tremendous job.

One of the best buy's in my career. Efficiency of tools is Important and this one hits the Bulls Eye.

I love the customer support, they are very helpfully when I have questions. I like that the information is available at a few clicks.

I think it is very difficult to read the confirmation page, it does not show the dependents without having to reopen it. It is very confusing when selecting dependents and spouses for a plan.

The system can easily be integrated with major system available in the market. This makes the implementation fast and easy.

The one complaint I have about this software app is that I cannot use my fingerprint to login.

It is a stable and easy to use program for schedules, time, and attendance.

It’s awesome and I am so glad they made it a mobile app because now it’s on the go wherever I go.

Kronos software (and maintenance and modifications) tend to be on the higher side when it comes to cost, but you do get what you pay for with the product and any customizations needed.

Our office loves the Employee Self Service options. The customer service team is also great.
