The reports are fairly easy to pull information needed. Cons: When I submit a case for assistance there are some times that it takes days to get a response. When I ask for a call back there are several times that they send me a message with what they did. Some reports I'm not able to get certain information and have to pull multiple reports and combine them to have all the data needed. Reasons for choosing UKG Ready The reporting looked good. The ease of use was great. Reasons for switching to UKG Ready Paychex was dated and hard to get any information out of it. Porting of information had numerous errors. I could continue. We do not recommend.
