Fantastic Software
Employment Technologies has been great to work with over the years. They are very responsive to questions and provide a quick turnaround for service!
PROSThis software can be branded to your company using real life video and photos! Our company just completed this project in the spring of 2019. It is a great way for the applicant to preview the job they are applying for while taking the simulation. We love the fact that our applicants have access to complete the simulation on any electronic device, including their phone. The results of the simulation are emailed to administrators of the program as soon as the applicant completes it - no more logging into the system to see the status of the simulations!
CONSBefore they rolled out mobile access, I would say having to use the software from a laptop or desktop computer. However, they now have mobile access which has been great for our applicants.

Other than the product itself, I like working with Employment Technologies because of the customer service. When you call, you get immediate attention and they know their customer, I'm not just an account. The few times there are issues with the assessment, tech support resolves it right away and will even talk to your candidate to walk them through the settings.
PROSIt's relevance and ease of use. I also like the variety of assessments available.
CONSI can't think of any cons for our purposes.

We have been able to reduce turnover as a result of utilizing this software. We are very satisfied with the product and service. I recommend Employment Technologies!
PROSThe software allows us to accurately assess our applicants for the skills required to perform the position successfully and at a reasonable cost. The software and process is user friendly and provides us with immediate feedback. The support staff/Customer Service is professional and excellent – I cannot say enough about this!

Overall we really enjoy their products and services and will continue to use them.
PROSEmployment Technologies really helped improve the way in which we were assessing our candidates for our teller, personal banking, and teller supervisor roles. It saves us time and really tests the skills and abilities of each individual.
CONSOccasionally when a candidate re-tests we have to contact our ETC admin to create a personalized URL code so that our candidate can re test. It would be helpful to have a feature where we can do that on our end. this would prevent us from reaching out to our admin and having the candidate wait. Nothing too serious as our admin is always on it and replies very quickly. Just a suggestion.
Reasons for switching to Employment Technologies
Save time and money for both the company and candidates. As well as having a more reliable assessment.
