One of the standout features is the progress tracking and reporting. Managers can easily monitor the progress of each new employee, ensuring that no crucial step is missed. The real-time analytics provide insights into the onboarding process, allowing us to fine-tune and improve as we go along.The onboarding platform also fosters a sense of connection and community right from the start. It includes social features that encourage new hires to interact with their peers and mentors. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, the support team was incredibly responsive and helpful. We're happy to say at this stage that we have a solution that will solve the "auto-translate" concerns in 2020. We'll keep our customers updated on this and other exciting new features that we're rolling out on an ongoing basis. It's just a matter of choosing a component and dragging it to the workflow and then using drop and drag options. Although it does that part too Ensures that a manager doesnt have to think - they just need to do - ensuring high quality consistency in new staff engagement. Streamlines processes and removes human error in onboarding.
