The software has changed over time to be more open-ended and centered on the right topics. You can take the surveys from your phone. Plus it helps leaders create a plan for improvement.
CONSThe ability of a boss to directly respond to your feedback is significantly overstepping and undermines the goal of equalizing feedback.

Turnkey engagement solution
While its good to see our scores going up as measured in the tool it has been more valuable to see the subjective changes around the office. The feature to write in comments and feedback adds more in my opinion than the more general questions. I did not expect our employee engagement software to help us nail down our company mission, but that was part of it - which makes sense. A mission driven organization is more engaged from the get go.

Listen to your team!
My highest review for engagement multiplier is for the way that employees can give anonymous feedback on EACH part of the organization rather than just a generic comment box. The frequency is good too. I've been part of huge organizations that relied on an annual survey and it just doesn't work.

My company has transformed
My company has approximately 75 employees. Over the past 2 years we have been utilizing this product and seen our team become more engaged, our profitability has gone up and we are now at 110 employees. The teams finds the quarterly surveys fast and easy. The ability to segment information while protecting our teams confidentiality has been game-changing. A great product!

EM helps me stay more engaged as an employee. I love the feedback tool/suggestion box. It makes me feel like the owners really care.
