The product is extremely intuitive and easy to use, no indepth training sessions for myself or my team were required.

The integration with Greenhouse is seamless. The automated candidate emails have saved our team a ton of time and increased our response rate.

The time tracking data didn't work well for our company. We are a union contractor and unfortunately needed a more detailed system.

I hear that there are edge cases for our HR setup at the company that GoCo has trouble handling, but they aren't major.
