  • Pros

  • What I like most about this soft wear is how easy to use it is. The online chat option is extremely useful in times of difficulties.
  • Customer service and tech support have been great. When we have issues, they are very responsive and help us, including developing ad hoc or custom reports.
  • Cons

  • What makes a bit hard is that payroll needs two business days to process and it can not be done after 4:30.
  • It has some glitches/bugs. Managing the app accounts of the employees (on-line access) is difficult.

  • Best GUI with almost functionality and feature. You can see all your details and generate token.
  • It really improves the employee experiences. I love the remote login feature most.
  • Cons

  • There are no such cons from my usage so far. Only thing is that if I forget to stop my time tracking by mistake, then I cannot off it by my mobile phone app.
  • The only thing I didn't like in keka is, it's not working and I'm facing the problem at least once a week.
