Great product - user friendly and flexible

I really do like the product. I know I don't use it anything like to the extent of its full capabilities, but I am sure that this is a really well-thought out, well-designed product that can be a really super tool not just for day to day recording of time and so on, but providing help with more in-depth reviews of efficiency of time on client files.

Pros

I am a former magic circle law firm partner who set up on my own. I wanted something that was easy to use, and which clearly set out and took care of the basics of time recording. It really helps me set up clients and matters, record time and keep track of things, but doesn't overcomplicate things. On the other hand, it is clear that there is a huge depth of capability if you wanted to explore the product to the max to get more analytics and more out of it in general. It's colourful and well-presented and not too complex - it actually almost feels like 'fun to use'.

Cons

I have had a couple of snags on log-in (not recognising my password and so on). I had a really great feature at some point where the data for a client file's time recording for a matter broke down the time recording on a daily basis and presented the narratives on a per project/per activity basis, so that I had a really nice and easy pdf to present to a client to fully set out what I had done each day, and on which workstream. At some point I lost the capability to do that, so I would love to find out how to get that back...

A very efficient tool for time tracking

Our first need was to check our mobile workers, as their activities are invoiced to our customers: the payroll process with correct attendance data is much faster than we used to have. Also the timesheets have the feedback feature and we started using it at a later stage. Each month we collect short feedback from the employees about their achievements. This is very important in communication flow.

Pros

As a company with less than 50 employees, we do not need all the features: the support team helped us to turn those features off and maximize the usability of the features we need. We like the monthly Employee feedback feature.

Cons

The Italian translation of the software was not complete - some modules still had English words, however recently it has improved and now everybody is able to fully use it.

Good software for good money.

Overall i am satisfied with the product. Price quality ratio is very good. there are many similiar programs, but they offer many useless functions. This one offers exactly what i need. Simply attendance with many good functions.

Pros

This software is easy to use. Also for both admins and employees.

Cons

I miss creating my own reviews od data.

Increasing productivity to a new level

Pros

We were able to discard multiple paper and excel sheets creating silos and data loss. Real time data are collected on time clock terminals located at our clients sites, mostly manufacturing. The main advantage is instant overview of who turned out on the shift. Trenkwalder is active in many European countries. The software is easy to use and it is managed locally by country staff.

Cons

There is always space for some improvement, anyway the development team is professional and ready to implement customizations needed.

Easy to use, cheap and effective tool for tracking my activities for different clients and projects

Pros

I can easily track the time spent on different projects and create different types of activities which, in my field of work, comes very handy. The project reports are a great help for invoicing.

Cons

I could use a calendar with an overview of projects/tasks deadlines.
