Highly recommended for MSP's for handling several tasks at one place

Flentis VMS has helped us in Recruitment Management, Payroll, Performance, Compliance and Analytics

PROS

I have been working for the Staffing and Recruitment industry for around 4-5 years now and as per my experience and knowledge recruitment professionals always like to work on systems like(Flentis VMS) where several tasks can be handled/managed at one place without much external navigation of tabs and are easy to use and the huge pool of candidates can be easily be forwarded to multiple clients. It took us two to three days for getting used to the GUI but once we got used to it, it actually resulted in increasing the productivity and thus increasing overall efficiency.

CONS

It is technically one of the best VMS softwares i have worked on but i believe they can try some cosmetic changes and give it a more appealing look.
