10/10 Would recommend!

Greatly minimised time required for payroll processing. Also created a smoother flow of the rostering and shift approval process. Greatly added to the efficiency of management and finance processes. Support staff were also impeccable and greatly assisted in the set-up process.

PROS

Intuitive design makes it easy to use and a breeze to integrate into an established workflow. It also allows for staff with widely varying levels of software proficiency to learn to use the program in no time.

CONS

It would be useful to be able to view the shifts for a week all together on one page rather than only one day at a time in the approved shifts section.

Reasons for switching to foundU

Increased staff numbers and increased complexity of rostering process and payroll required finding a more efficient solution.
