It is easy to use and is visually laid out so items are easy to find and use.

The implementation was difficult, we lost our Account Rep in the process. It was a lot of self discovery versus the support we had expected.

I like most the possibility to label each applicant, and manage him at the best for the future needs.

I like that we can customize application questions and document upload fields in order to efficiently gather all necessary information in one place.

It made a difference on our job. There are a lot of functions that are really a great help (messaging, organizing and etc).

Support has been great - both in general response time and willingness to address feature requests.

Overall, Fountain has fantastic features that make the hiring & on-boarding processes easier to deal with and this came with a great price point as well.

For the amount of resources that Fountain provides for you, it is 100% well worth the price.

Some glitches would cancel interviews & reschedule.

The interface can be really messy/ugly and sometimes difficult to sync with google calendars and other softwares used during hiring process.

The flexibility and customization of Fountain is fantastic. It has allowed the business team to take back control of the on-boarding experience where we had to rely on developers in the past.

Fountain is really well set out, its easy to use and navigate. It clearly states each step of the background check and what the individual needs to do next.

Also, the integrated texting feature makes it easy to communicate with applicants regarding application status, or to schedule interviews.

Fountain's focus is on functionality and obviously less so in the UI. There's limited design customization which makes it hard to utilize certain features.

The product is very easy to use and Fountain is always looking to upgrade and improve their platform. Candidates tend to love it.

It is a good central location to keep all of your employee training and interviewing in one location so that you don't have to look all over.

We have used Fountain for 3+ years and have been thrilled with the improvements made over time.

Good API and ability to programmatically retrieve data and interact with applicants in a workflow. Being able to schedule data exports.

There is no drop down arrow anymore  to notify the use that there is a duplicate application/account.

I am often blown away with how Justworks follows up with tools for me to use and to make sure I had my questions resolved. I also appreciate that I can take care of my team all in one place.

Best UI, best value for money, can upgrade their customer support.

They are constantly evolving and rolling out more benefits to their customers. In addition, their customer support is some of the best I've experienced.

The ability to use the large group buying power of a PEO to have a combination of better choice of benefits at a lower cost was really a huge win.

We switched from SquareUp (which was a complete headache with terrible customer service) and I just wished we had started out using JustWorks from the very beginning.

I love how easy to use the platform is for both admins & employees. The employee onboarding process takes 5 minutes.

The benefits packages offered by them are fantastic - especially for a small business like ours. BTW - I love their team - from the sales person I talked to initially to everyone else.

The Help and Support are useless, they direct me to unrelated articles. I get too many emails - it is hard to determine when I need to act or when it is spam in disguise.

The Customer Support team is fantastic. I can call up my Account Manager or quickly use the chat feature and I always get a quick and friendly response and a resolution to my question or issue.

The QuickBooks integration is great as is the GPS tracking - really important to know that your employees are actually where they say they are.

I love that i can reach my rep immediately and if he is not in the office then someone else takes over and answers very quickly.
