Pros/Cons
Pros
- Overall the customer service and care has been amazing and this is a company that is continuously growing and adapting.
- I love that it integrates with our ATS (Jazz HR) so flowing hired over is super easy. Our employees have a lot of documents to sign upon hire and having it all done electronically makes life so easy.
- Overall, it's a great tool. I'd be interested in trying more of its features if my organization decides to adopt them.
Cons
- Very dishonest sales practices. Absolutely would stay away from this product as there are reputable and functional alternatives available.
- The only thing that I dislike about Goco is the way it gets buggy sometimes, especially their new features.
- From my perspective, Goco is suffering new-startup syndrome where they overloaded their staff and make promises they can't possibly deliver.
Pros
- I looked into having one built but that was going to take time and attention that I really didn't have for something that was not my main member benefit so I was pretty thrilled to discover NiceBoard.
- Very straightforward and the support has been excellent; we had quick responses and help for specific local issues (including currency) which has been extremely helpful.
- The people working on Niceboards are super friendly and are always responding in time. All our requests have been resolved within a day or so.
Cons
- The candidate database/talent pool functionality is lagging behind the jobs functionality.
- I am missing in-app messaging feature in between Employer and Job Seekers. Employers and job seekers should signup in job board to post a job and to apply for any job.
- Custom code block is a bit small and can be hard to read what you have added there. Some customization is hard to do, but it is all doable.
