Pros/Cons
Pros
- Overall the customer service and care has been amazing and this is a company that is continuously growing and adapting.
- I love that it integrates with our ATS (Jazz HR) so flowing hired over is super easy. Our employees have a lot of documents to sign upon hire and having it all done electronically makes life so easy.
- Overall, it's a great tool. I'd be interested in trying more of its features if my organization decides to adopt them.
Cons
- Very dishonest sales practices. Absolutely would stay away from this product as there are reputable and functional alternatives available.
- The only thing that I dislike about Goco is the way it gets buggy sometimes, especially their new features.
- From my perspective, Goco is suffering new-startup syndrome where they overloaded their staff and make promises they can't possibly deliver.
Pros
- It helps to distinguish the ok employees from the great employees. Aaron is also so helpful and responsive whenever I have a question about the product.
- I have the ability to reach out to the team who has always been a huge help in helping us understand areas where we need a little more explanation. Awesome Customer Service from the start.
- What I like most about The Hire Talent is the ease of use and the great assistance when it comes to setting up your account. It is a one-stop shop that produces great results.
Cons
- I always struggled to right person for my office position. The Hire Talent fix my problem.
- That its still don't solved all our problems we still have to find other platforms for the same type of portal.
- There's no magic "make all my decisions for me" button.
