No incentive was offered Adding a 3rd party to any actual emergency hot line for maintenance adds unnecessary and complicated situations that could be entirely avoided. My property unfortunately has enacted HF’s service; and I can say from first had experience this is a WASTE OF TIME. They have flooded my work order system with MORE work orders, and have confused my residents. HF doesn’t work on site, nor understand anyone’s specific property so they will NEVER be able to give proper assistance in any emergency situation. Happy Force is NOT HELPFUL. Muy amigable, con información relevante a simple vista y interfaz limpia. Genera muy buena información sobre el estado de los empleados y los informes son muy buenos. El personal de fábrica no son partidarios de tener apps en los móviles personales. Lo que inicialmente era una herramienta para medir la Felicidad en el trabajo, es hoy en día un canal de comunicación multidireccional, un potente generador de indicadores con sus análisis y facilitador de tareas cotidianas. Es una herramienta muy sencilla que proporciona datos sobre el clima laboral de la empresa en tiempo real. Con esos datos es posible ver la acogida de las medidas que va adoptando la empresa o el estado emocional del equipo en cada momento y modificarlas o adaptarlas en el caso de que sea necesario. El nuevo módulo de encuestas está fenomenal, sobre todo para gestionar encuestas similares periódicamente.
