The process is really smooth and consistent. You can choose which elements and boards you want to use, so making each campaign bespoke to the role. I get an update on monthly basis as to where we are with our account. When posting new roles, they respond quickly to get the role advertised as quickly as possible, but not without giving you tips on how to attract better or more candidates. Cons: The ATS but thats not because it isnt good, we just have to do a work around when sorting CVs and going through selection process. If we didnt have our own ATS this wouldnt be an issue and would be ideal to use just theres. Cons: Having worked with the Hireful team for a number of years, we have developed and enhanced our system along the way. The team worked closely with us on the reporting tools, as initially the system didn't give us what we need, but we now have a bespoke report that captures all of the data we need it to.
