Honestly Employee Engagement is a cloud-based solution that helps large and midsize businesses to gauge employees satisfaction levels. The solution helps management to run internal surveys and polls to understand work-related issues and employee concerns. 

Honestly allows employees to submit written feedback via emails and in-app messages or through physical feedback terminals installed within an office. The identity of the respondents can be kept anonymous.

Honestly can be used to collect various types of feedback throughout the employee lifecycle including onboarding surveys, engagement pulse polls, ad-hoc surveys and exit surveys. The platform supports multiple question types and allows businesses to create and share surveys in multiple languages. Honestly also complies with EU data protection laws.

The solution is offered on a per employee per month subscription basis and provides support via phone and live chat.

Employee engagement done right great for enterprises AND small companies

Pros

- multiple languages supported
- anonymity of employees
- a variety of feedback channels: email, app, web, feedback terminal
- pulse surveys (great for discovering problematic areas in the workforce)
- customizable surveys (great for ad hoc one-off surveys)

All in all, Honestly satisfies all of our needs and is a full-fledged employee engagement solution.

Highly recommended.

Cons

Nothing major that I could think of right now. Maybe rergading the languages, Russian could be added.

Honestly is the most flexible Employee Engagement software out there

Knowing what the strengths and weaknesses of our company, our team and processes are - which usually employees do not dare to communicate so honestly. Plus our employees felt seen and appreciated and were thus more motivated.

Pros

I really love how intuitive Honestly is and just how much you can do with it.

- Easy setup
- Automated pulse survey (extensive set of relevant questions but which can also be deactivated if you want)
- You can also create your own custom surveys which is really handy if you want complete freedom over your questionnaire
- Multiple feedback channels: E-Mail, Mobile App or even via Feedback Terminal
- Our employees love it

And one more thing I would like to point out is their wonderful support team. They really go above and beyond to make their customers happy (At least we are super-happy!)

Highly recommended for everyone who is looking into employee engagement solutions or wants to replace out-dated annual employee surveys.

Cons

Honestly (pun intended), can't think of anything here. Just one thing I would like to note: it would be best to have an HR manager really dedicated to the topic of employee feedback.

It is one thing to get all the valuable feedback from your employees, but you also need to ACT on it. Luckily, Honestly provides us with the insights to do just that.

Honestly makes annual employee engagement surveys obsolete

Pros

We realized that in order to be successful in the long-term, we need to focus on employee engagement.

Traditional annual engagement surveys are slow and require a lot of planning and effort. On the other side, there's Honestly.

The setup of Honestly is a breeze, basically after 5 minutes I was able to launch my pulse survey to all of my employees. The surveys can be scheduled flexibly, we chose the weekly option to get new data every week so we can act on it immediately. The employees receive an email or a push notification (which can also be freely configured) to fill out a 2-minute survey and as soon as there is enough data to ensure anonymity, the dashboard gets filled with data (a magic moment if you witness it for the first time).

It's just really fun to scroll through all the feedback, apply filters and get to new ideas on how to improve your employee engagement score.

Cons

None that I can think of. Just as a recommendation I'll like to have also the daily frequence to put in some of our surveys, so we can act on it immediately.

Great tool to collect anonymous feedback.

Able to collect anonymous feedback from employees all over the world.

Pros

I really like how easy it is to create surveys. The dashboard helps us a a lot to get a great overview on the results of the surveys.
Also the customer service is great!

Cons

One thing that I don't like is that Surveys can not be send out right away. Also it would be nice to have a download option for the statistics on the dashboard.
