HRadvocate is a cloud-based solution to help businesses make key decisions regarding both applicants and current employees. It is suitable for companies in different industry verticals including retail, nonprofit, and healthcare. HRadvocate features include benefits administration, applicant tracking, performance review, competency management and more.

HRadvocate offers self-service portals that are designed for managers, employees and applicants. In the employee self-service module, employees can view and update information pertaining to their employment, including information from administrators, documents, and all personal information.

For candidates applying for a position, the self-service portal assists users in receiving online notifications, tracking the status of their application, and submitting key personal information.

HRadvocate integrates with different payroll systems, including ADP and Serenic. All payroll data can be transferred to the employee self-service portal, giving employees access to their payroll information as soon as it becomes available. Additionally it includes a full payroll history, including net pay, tax deductions, and more. Support is available via phone and email.

The workflow is great and all modules are so versatile! I am waiting for the complete implementation and for sure we will be extremely benefited with this software. Technology is a blessing for sure.

Pros

I am loving the support and help we are getting now. Thought I will share that with entire world that! They put together a new team to help us through. That's what call service recovery. It is so good that I am speechless. The software is fabulous!

Cons

Nothing at all! I recommend this software for everyone who is searching for something better and greater.
