HRadvocate offers self-service portals that are designed for managers, employees and applicants. In the employee self-service module, employees can view and update information pertaining to their employment, including information from administrators, documents, and all personal information.
For candidates applying for a position, the self-service portal assists users in receiving online notifications, tracking the status of their application, and submitting key personal information.
HRadvocate integrates with different payroll systems, including ADP and Serenic. All payroll data can be transferred to the employee self-service portal, giving employees access to their payroll information as soon as it becomes available. Additionally it includes a full payroll history, including net pay, tax deductions, and more. Support is available via phone and email.
