I am quite happy & able to spend less time on reviewing my incentives earned due to all the clarity in app.

They have a team in India and it was a pleasure working with them despite operating across different time zones.

However, it didn't support iOS few months back. Have heard they are working on it.

Additionally, out-of-the-box integrations with CRMs help us save time on manual uploads and more importantly remove the dependency on individuals.

The best implementation process I have encountered so far. The team is extremely responsive, and highly skilled.

They integrate with multiple CRMs hence the integration process was extremely smooth. Love the What-if calculator and their WhatsApp integration features too.

The user interphase is very good and friendly, easy to use and navigate the entire application.

Ability to raise queries in regard to commission earned at opportunity level is great. Saves a lot of time spent in back n forth through emails/calls.

Our plan keeps on changing every quarter and we have run out of time to accommodate these in the previous solutions. Incentivate’s no-code ability helps us go live in time with these changes.

I hope it's better from an HR processing standpoint, otherwise there's not muse use in continuing its use.

I love the ease of reporting payroll to Asure and then all the (correct) calculations and deductions are handled by Asure and it's less stress on our company.

There's nothing clear about navigating the webpage once you're logged in-- if you want to quickly look to see how much vacation or sick leave you have left, it's not clearly put in front of you.

Like clockwork, Asure along with my CPA was able to complete quarterly returns and take care of payroll taxes.

They make termination difficult. We stopped needing the service in 2021 and informed them of our last payrol date.

Asure bought out our old payroll system (Compass) which was admittedly antiquated. My GL imports have been broken since I started, and getting it fixed is impossible.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The team atmosphere is amazing and exactly what our team needs.

It gets the job done every payroll without any problems and without costing a lot of money. It's also easy to use and takes very little time to operate.

Again, there is little reference material to guide one through different scenarios that are easy to understand. No reference or procedure guides.

For the most part, it work out well. I overlooked an error in 2023 but it's something we look out for moving forward.

It is easy to use doesn't have too much complicated stuff. Straight and convenient to understand.

Having 2 companies and multiple people dividing the responsibilities of our payroll service needs has been difficult, inefficient and making question my decision to lease ADP.

We told them we spoke on the phone with someone twice and they said too bad but their phone records don't go back that far so we can't prove it so they will not give us any money back.
