Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Great customer service and very user friendly.

  • It does payroll very well and is easy to use for the end user.

  • Cons

  • I tried calling to get back into my account and nobody answered, on top of that their voicemail box was full so I couldn't even leave a message! Horrible

  • TIME AND LABOR WITH RESPECT TO SCHEDULING AND REPORTING. ALSO, NEED AUDITING TOOLS OF FGIELDS (EX DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS)

  • Pros

  • I loved the user experience and the way it allows you to measure progress on goals and responsibilities. The way that makes the info available it's a great value for the organization

  • We can ask review from any of our colleagues. We can get clear feedback from supervisor. We can schedule one on one from insights itself with peers.

  • Cons

  • The reporting function is slightly behind where I'd like it to be but I know that they are working on solutions for that.

  • Notifications after completing review would be added.
