I like the ease of use from the HR perspective and the ability to see exactly what the employee sees within the system when trying to help them.

Honestly, the thing that makes isolved worth it is their customer service. They are quick to respond to issues that come up and are always happy to help.

It cost more money to have iSolved than it would (including risk) of having paper time cards.

We had been with Paychoice, then Sage, then Isolved. Launch was terrible with no help.

None of that matters if no one can help when a problem arises.

Customer service blamed THEIR in-house mistakes on us. Just a MISERABLE experience at every turn.

The check stub viewing app, while integrated into the mobil app, requires the use of a completely different login and stupidly complex password.

I solved is a great HRIS tool to integrate and streamline hiring, onboarding, payroll and benefits all in you place.

I am very pleased and feel I am getting a great value for my money.

It was a product that had integrated several partner products into one, which always means glitches and problems as information is translated from one system to another.

Basically, we were never able to use the product but were required to pay for an entire year.

That we are able to put our employees information into, so it stores it safely.

How complicated to run reports, how difficult it was for employees to use.

They completely ignored this request, not responding to it at all.

Did not provide any demos because I was told that they will switch me and then train me. The data converted was a mess and the implementation team did absolutely no research on our company.

Netsuite is a bottomless pit of despair. Getting help shouldn't be so hard.

We love that the iSolved platform integrates HR/PR functions and that employees and supervisors are empowered to make basic selections/entries.

ISolved is a great system and I love that there are new updates all the time.

The software is robust enough to create and manage all of your employee benefits.

Great option if you are looking for a software focused on HR and benefits without payroll.

I like that the platforms are easier to navigate through. I like that you have several options as far as time and payroll go.

I have employees who have not received a paycheck, no response from iSolved and no assistance from them either. It is the absolute worst.

Our payroll company was bought by iSolved this past year & the transition was a NIGHTMARE. We have already transitioned to a new company because their customer service is horrendous.

Months with various tax issues and no follow up costing us fines with a neighboring state. We have wasted so much time just trying to get people to call or email us back.

The contract only allows a small window to cancel the service. If you miss your window, you will be paying for an entire additional year.

ISolved lends well to quick and efficient implementations. The Payroll processing component is user friendly (for the most part) and helps our clients streamline their payroll processes.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the software and the customer service that we have received from the software.

Saying you need to authenticate yourself after working for 3-4 weeks. Very frustrating and time consuming.

The software is difficult to use on a smartphone.

Have to login multiple times to access my payroll. Waste of my time and very frustrating.

Not easy at all to transfer my records from their system to my system when you leave their company.

My accountant is completely baffled at the poor job they have done- the mistakes are simply inexcuseable.

One of my biggest problems has been billing. I was charged 800.00 in one month for two payroll runs.

What I like best is how fast and simple it is for candidates to complete yet still providing an in-depth analysis. Overall, I am very satisfied with Testlify.

Testlify is a powerful tool for teams of any size to utilize. Not only can it provide help in recruitment, but it is great for team building and relationship development as well.

Having qualified candidates take these tests was a complete embarrassment to my business. I would avoid this product at all costs.

You can invite candidates in bulk and validate their set of skills and expertise. It fairly gives a nice idea about the expected performance a candidate will bring onboard.

They have a feature to add customized questions. Most of the time that feature is used the most since the pre-made test library questions are highly textual and repetitive.

It is intuitive and allows us to gain a deep understanding of skills, knowledge and experience that would be necessary for a successful placement.

It offers assistance like helping teams identify strengths and weaknesses, build skills and strategies, improve communication, and identify potential challenges.

Since the onset of the pandemic, Testlify has been a true lifesaver for us.

When we first began using Testlify , their selection of tests was quite limited.

I find Testlify to be an incredibly effective platform that is very user-friendly and easy to use.

One of them is that you will be charged an extra fee for using a foreign currency. Additionally, the assessments results  is not always reliable and they should offer more software applications.

The ability to remotely assess, filter, and shortlist candidates without taking too much time is another plus. We’re glad that we were able to hire the best with Testlify.

Customer support and ease of use. There's a visible difference compared to the other assessment platforms which we used.

Additionally, feedback from our test takers has indicated that some of the coding questions contain grammatical errors and  difficulties.
