I gave several tests to myself and noticed that the tests were riddled with grammatical, design, and linguistic errors. Some of the questions were not questions at all, but a random sentence with four options to choose from. I took screenshots and shared them with support, requesting a refund (which was granted). After the refund was granted I received a kind email from the [SENSITIVE CONTENT], who asked me to retake the tests after they were looked at and corrected. Having qualified candidates take these tests was a complete embarrassment to my business. Furthermore, it gives us a more accurate representation of any potential hire's actual abilities in a professional manner that goes beyond reviewing a vast amount of resumes. #### Cons I could not find any drawbacks. The candidate experience and the recruitment process has dynamically improved. Earlier it used to take us 20 days to hire a good candidate. I tried their early adopters program and I haven't stopped using the product. The platform is very clean and simple. Very efficiently i can send invite to the candidates and evaluate their skills.
