  • Pros

  • I like the ease of use from the HR perspective and the ability to see exactly what the employee sees within the system when trying to help them.
  • That we are able to put our employees information into, so it stores it safely.
  • Cons

  • It cost more money to have iSolved than it would (including risk) of having paper time cards.
  • We had been with Paychoice, then Sage, then Isolved. Launch was terrible with no help.

  • This software is so easy to use. I was able to integrate the job ad into my website.
  • WizeHire was inexpensive, and was VERY helpful for me as I was searching to hire an Assistant. It was easy to use, and made things easier as I screened candidates for the job.
  • Cons

  • Limited selection of insurance industry related position descriptions and KPI's as opposed to other industries.
  • I wish there was an option to block users from applying with our company. We have spammers who apply to every job but would not show up to an interview or first day.
