The reporting is a game-changer as well. Things that would previously take me half a day and require me to access up to four or five systems can now be achieved in one place in less than 20 mins - love it! My team picked it up and ran with it immediately, and we all find the format and UI very easy to use. On top of that, Jemini provides me with great insights and reporting on everything from annual leave liabiity, to peformance goals and aspirations. Cons: Jemini is very intutive, although as a Gen Xer, some things I found difficult to figure out initially. However, the support service was quick and helpful so not really a problem! Reasons for switching to Jemini Our legacy system didn't deliver all the functionality we needed, and generally required a lot of duplication of effort and data entry, as well as the need to export to excel to do analysis. It also didn't provide a modern user-experience for staff, and it was important to us to show our employees that we value them, by giving them a system they enjoyed using. Jemini is now used by close to 700 of our employees and managers and a key part of our employee engagement strategy. Single place to manage performance reviews, leave management and goal setting across teams. Cons: Nothing to really note about the software itself but moving from multiple sources of information into a single system, meant we needed to collect missing data that we didn't have in a single place to ensure we got most of the Jemini features and reporting. Reasons for switching to Jemini Our people are our hugest asset and as a growing business we needed better tools to help us keep focus on employee wellbeing and engagement.
