Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.

Unfortunately, we were having trouble determining whether the investment was really worth it and they were very rude and unhelpful.

They will be very rude if you do. The location of functions in the menu system is not very intuitive.
