  • Pros

  • Best GUI with almost functionality and feature. You can see all your details and generate token.
  • It really improves the employee experiences. I love the remote login feature most.
  • Cons

  • There are no such cons from my usage so far. Only thing is that if I forget to stop my time tracking by mistake, then I cannot off it by my mobile phone app.
  • The only thing I didn't like in keka is, it's not working and I'm facing the problem at least once a week.

  • It's easy to use and the UI was clean, modern and fit in with our own UI nicely. We have a multi-tasking B2B application and really needed this.
  • We're also able to send out deep links via our support team to allow users to not only go to the right page in the app, but also to trigger a specific guide to help them, which is a great feature.
  • Cons

  • The people building the userlanes are frustrated that failures are more easily identified and that the process to fix can at times be complicated to rectify and recreate the issue.
  • No pricing model for starters with only a few end-users. No downloadable analytics reports (but coming soon).
